Malibu, CA

Nestor is a litigation paralegal at Clarkson Law Firm. He began his professional career at a consumer protection law firm in Los Angeles, which focused primarily on California’s lemon law. He then worked at a debt defense law firm in Santa Ana, which focused on defending vulnerable individuals who were facing bank levies, liens, judgments, and wage garnishments. Prior to joining Clarkson Law Firm, Nestor worked at a prominent class action employment law firm (Haines Law Group) in El Segundo, which focused on wage and hour cases. Nestor has assisted supervising attorneys throughout the litigation process, including drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, oppositions, reply briefs, discovery, depositions, PAGA letters, managing case deadlines, and filing in both state and federal courts.

Nestor received his associate in arts degree in Paralegal Studies (ABA Approved) from Cerritos Community College in June of 2020. He is an active member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association (LAPA) and the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and also served as a guest speaker at the Orange County Paralegal Association where he shared his experiences as a litigation paralegal.

During his free time, Nestor enjoys playing soccer, exploring different coffee shops and restaurants with his wife, and traveling.
