Zarrina Ozari is a senior associate attorney at Clarkson, where she focuses on employment law, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation. She has an impressive track record of obtaining favorable results for her clients in discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation cases. Zarrina also represents employees in wage and hour class action litigation.

Zarrina handles all aspects of case management, from pre-litigation to trial. She holds individuals and employers accountable for their actions while ensuring her clients receive the maximum recovery available to them. In 2023, Zarrina was selected by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for her dedication to defending employees’ rights.

Prior to joining Clarkson, Zarrina worked for prominent employment discrimination law firms in California and New York. During that time, she litigated employment discrimination matters and obtained numerous favorable results for her clients.

Her dedication to human rights has led Zarrina to provide pro bono assistance to victims of domestic violence and Ukrainian families fleeing war.

Zarrina received her Master of Laws from The George Washington University Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Russian-Tajik University, graduating in the top 5 percent of her class.

Outside of work, Zarrina enjoys spending time with her family, playing chess, and hiking. She is fluent in Russian and is also currently learning Spanish.
