Tiara is an associate attorney at Clarkson. She has always had a passion for health and wellness, and for empowering others to take control of their life and wellbeing through knowledge. Inspired by this passion, her complex consumer class action litigation practice is tailored to combating unfair business practices and deceptive advertising to manifest a safe and transparent marketplace—particularly in the food, beverage, and cosmetics industries.
Her mass arbitration practice focuses on defending peoples’ right to privacy in the wake of data breaches, as well as standing up against loan practices that exploit vulnerable communities. In addition, through her employment class action practice, she is motivated to correct imbalances of power between employees and their employers.
Tiara graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, worked in the Medical-Legal Community Partnership Clinic, and secured a business law certificate with an emphasis in real estate. She was also a teaching assistant for Contract Drafting and Strategy, Corporate Governance, Health Law and Policy, and Regulatory Compliance. Tiara graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Bachelor of Business Administration, and minor in political science from the University of San Diego in 2018.
Tiara is fluent in Armenian and proficient in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling with her loved ones, and Latin dancing—especially bachata and tango.
