Emily is a certified paralegal at Clarkson. She began her career at a prominent consumer protection law firm in San Diego, where she assisted in the litigation of hundreds of consumer cases. With her exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, she assists attorneys in many steps of the litigation process, including the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery; managing case deadlines; and filing in both state and federal courts.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Justice Studies from California State University, San Marcos before going on to receive her Paralegal Certification from University of California, San Diego Extension, where she was a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Society. Emily spends her free time going to baseball games, exploring different restaurants around town, and taking her rescue dog, Luca, to his favorite dog park.
