Education and/or Experience: - 5-8 Years of Litigation Experience
- CA Bar Admission Required
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience handling plaintiffs’ side sexual assault and/or related personal injury cases.
- Focused on trauma-informed practice with meaningful client interactions.
- Ability and desire to run your own cases independently with minor supervision.
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and formulating case strategies.
- Trial experience or MDL/JCCP involvement a plus.
