Team Spotlight: Zach Chrzan
Zach joined the CLF team in September after graduating from Michigan State University College of Law. Zach is a former clerk at Clarkson Law Firm who worked for the firm remotely during school. In between law school semesters, he interned in the financial industry and at a prosecutor’s office. Prior to law school, Zach attended Concordia University Nebraska for two years and secured his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. While studying at Concordia University, Zach was a member of the basketball team.
Zach’s desire to protect consumers from misleading practices is driven by his love of justice and competitive nature. Although he hates to admit it, he has been duped by false advertising in the past and would like to prevent others from falling into the same traps. Zach believes that in a country that sometimes overwhelms consumers with options, it is imperative for someone to push back against corporate greed that can lead to dishonest business practices.
Zach and his wife recently moved to Los Angeles from northeastern Indiana, where they married in May. As someone who has always hated the cold, he is looking forward to his first Southern California winter. While Zach is not in the office or courtroom, you can find him hooping on the blacktop; taking his Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cooper, on long walks; and drinking as much coffee as his heart will allow.

The lie: #3 Even though he will eat almost anything, Zach passionately hates ricotta cheese and anything that is made with it.
