Senior Associate

Kelsey is a senior associate attorney at Clarkson. Kelsey focuses her practice on litigating complex consumer protection class actions brought under California consumer protection laws for violations of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition Law, and False Advertising Law. Kelsey works directly with clients to prosecute these actions and seek justice for everyday consumers across the nation. Before joining Clarkson, Kelsey was a litigation associate at a defense firm, where her practice was focused on employment and local government law. Kelsey is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Virginia.

Kelsey received her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2019. During law school, Kelsey was a member of the school’s distinguished Trial Practice Institute; an articles editor on the Michigan State International Law Review; a member of the Civil Rights Clinic; and a teacher’s assistant for Constitutional Law. Kelsey attended Delta State University for her undergraduate degree, where she was part of the women’s soccer team and obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work.

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys running, skiing, reading for fun, and exploring new places.
